Nemesis special items and shop

In addition to the vehicles I created a number of special items and additional weapons that you can buy for your cars and tanks. I created both high res versions for the shop and low res versions that are used in the game. I also created the 3D rooms where you can pimp your cars and buy new vehicles shown at the bottom.
